A deep thread reduced shank wood screw that features 4 nibs under the head and a Type 17 chip cavity, also called an auger point at the tip of the screw. The deep, spaced threads produce high pullout resistance, the nibs under the head assist the screw in countersinking completely into the wood, and the type 17 Point, allows the screw to start faster, especially in denser woods. This screw is commonly used in cabinetry.
