Over 99% of the products on our website are available to ship by the next day.
We ship to all 50 states, from various locations across the US. While we are located in the DFW area, we ship parts to you from as close a location as possible. Most of the time, orders are received within 3 days.
In the event that an item is unavailable to ship by the next day, you will be contacted immediately and given the option to cancel the order and be fully refunded or to wait to it to become available.
Tracking #'s are emailed the day after an order is shipped.
Shipping costs on our website are based on weight. UPS Ground is our standard method of shipment.
Customers can choose to either ship by weight or ship collect via their UPS or Fedex account numbers, or in the case of freight, we can set up shipments using any preferred carrier. Just let us know in the notes section of the order or give us a call.
We offer free shipping/delivery on orders over $100 to the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

To apply for Net 30 Terms, contact us for our credit application or simply send us a list of credit references.
**This policy applies to items purchased online through uturnfasteners.com. For items purchased through other methods, contact us and we will work with you concerning the return.
**All orders over $500 placed online are considered non-returnable. If you wish to return an order over $500, contact us, and we try to work with you concerning the return.
If the product received is correct and returned at the buyers request, the product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the price of the product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Incoming freight charges to buyer will not be refunded. In the event that the product was shipped free of charge to buyer, the buyer will need to pay incoming and outgoing shipping charges if wanting to return the product. Products must be unused, in original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return. Buyer must request return within 20 days of receipt of goods. Refunds to buyer will be processed after the product is received and inspected by U-Turn Fasteners.
In situations where products are not in original packaging or 20 days or more have passed since buyer has received goods, returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Contact us to discuss this and any issues or questions you have at 972-314-1221.
Orders with Errors
In the event that there is an error with your order, please contact us to report the error and send a picture of the product in its original packaging as well as a picture of the packing slip. You must notify U-Turn Fasteners of the error within 30 days of receipt of goods. Products must still be original packaging and unused. If the product you received is incorrect, you will be refunded for the cost of the product and shipping, and you will be given a UPS number to use to ship the parts back to us at no cost to you.
