A deep thread wood screw with a #8 countersunk head that is 90% smaller than the standard sized head. This screw features 4 nibs under the head and a Type 17 chip cavity at the tip, also called an Auger Point. The deep, spaced threads provide high pullout resistance, the nibs under the head allow the screw countersink completely into the wood, and the type 17 point allows for faster starting, especially in denser woods. This screw is commonly used in cabinetry.
